We’ll visit the stunning new Grand Mosque of Tirana, a modern architectural marvel that’s a symbol of contemporary Albania (it officially opened in October 2024). Contrast this with the Et’hem Bey Mosque, a beautifully preserved treasure from the Ottoman era, with intricate frescoes and a serene atmosphere.  Next, we’ll explore the Pyramid of Tirana—once a controversial symbol of Albania’s communist past, now repurposed as a hub for culture and creativity. To dive deeper into the country’s fascinating history, we’ll tour the captivating BunkArt 1 and BunkArt 2 museums, which transform Cold War bunkers into immersive storytelling spaces.

 

We’ll glide up Dajti Mountain on a scenic cable car ride, taking in sweeping views of Tirana and its lush surroundings. At the summit, we’ll enjoy a lively round of mountaintop mini golf, perfect for a mix of fun and friendly competition. For nature lovers, an optional hike to Bovilla Lake and Gamti Mountain offers a chance to explore breathtaking landscapes, from sparkling turquoise waters to dramatic cliffs and panoramic vistas.
